DELIVERY INFORMATION

When you place an order, Electric Monkey NZ will process the order and ship by courier or freight provider.  Larger items such as some scooters are too heavy to be send by courier and need to be sent by a freight company.  In these cases the shipping can take a couple of extra business days than normal courier expectations.  Tracking is able to be provided for both courier and freight items.

Typical delivery for most items is 2-5 business days for North Island and 3-7 days for South Island.

Electric Monkey NZ only ships within New Zealand.  

SHIPPING

Typically we have stock available in NZ but there are times where due to demand, manufacturing or logistics issues we run out of scooters in particular styles and colours.  Please be aware that this may cause a delay in usual delivery time frames. 

Every product page has the availability of the scooter clearly stated to say whether it is In Stock, we work hard to keep as many products in stock as possible, but the global logistics environment can cause delays which are outside of our control.
